These Streaming Devices are operated by third parties and these third parties will have their own privacy policies regarding the handling of personal information that they independently collect from such Streaming Devices. You should carefully read the privacy policies of these streaming devices. We shall not be responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

We may access certain data on your Streaming Device through your use of the App. Some data gets collected automatically, such as the device type, unique device identifier (such as device ID or an IP address), your activity on the App (such as the content you view, taps, swipes, your preferences, frequency of usage and the likes), your locational data including location information provided by your device interacting with the App including through beacon technologies, or associated with your IP address or other online or device identifier and the like. In some cases, we collect this data through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tracking technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers.
We recommend you read the permissions prompt appearing on the App before you download / access them to exactly understand the type of data the App will capture. For instance, the App may require your permission to enable it to find the location of your device etc.
We may collect your information from other trusted sources to update, supplement, link or verify the information you provide, or we collect automatically. For instance, if you choose to register on our App using your existing account on third party platforms (such as social media platforms), we may collect your account information. Similarly, we may also obtain information about you from various third-party sources such as channel partners, public databases, etc. Such information could include your name, address, job role, public employment profile, and any other relevant data.
Children’s Privacy: You need to be over the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction as well as competent to enter into a legal contract to use the App or avail the Services.
